Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

1egg (beaten)
240 glean beef (grounded)
2 tbspbreadcrumbs
60 gonion (diced)
1 tbspparsley (chopped)
110 gred and green bell peppers (deseeded, cut into strips)

Marinade Ingredients:

Seasoning Mix Ingredients:

2 tbspApple Cider Vinegar
2 tspChili Garlic Sauce
2 tbspwater

Instructions

To Prep

1. Combine egg, grounded beef, water chestnuts, breadcrumbs, onions, and chopped parsley In a mixing bowl and marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form into individual meatballs.

To Cook

1. Fry the meatballs in an airfryer at 200° for 15 mins or until cooked through and golden brown, turning the meatballs once. Set aside.
2. Combine seasoning mix ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
3. Add in bell peppers and cooked meatballs. Simmer until bell peppers are slightly softened. Ready to serve hot with rice.
