Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

680 gchicken wings (mid-section)
2 tbspcooking oil
80 gorange (peel removed and sliced thinly)
60 gspring onions (sliced thinly) as garnish


1. Coat chicken with oyster sauce evenly in a bowl and set aside for later.
2. Heat oil in frying pan or wok over medium-high heat and stir fry chicken until golden brown on both sides.
3. Add sweet and sour sauce and stir over medium heat.
4. When sauce is heated through, stir in orange slices and heat gently for 30 seconds. Garnish and it is ready to serve.
