Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒


3 cakesinstant noodles (or 250g fresh Hokkien noodles)
1 tbspcooking oil
500gchicken fillets (cut into strips)
1medium onion (sliced)
1carrot (cut into strips)
Optional:Spring Onion (sliced lengthwise, as garnish)


To Cook

1.Place noodles in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and allow to stand for 2 mins, then drain.
2.Heat oil and sautee onions until softened, then add chicken till browned or for 2 min.
3.Add miniature corn, carrot and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 mins.
4.Add oyster sauce, stir fry sauce and noodles. Cook while stirring until noodles are heated through.
5.Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with spring onions.
