Stir Fried Mixed Mushrooms with Snow Peas, Water Chestnut and Onions

Method: 
  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒

Ingredients

100 gsnow peas
50 gcarrots
5 gdried black fungus, soaked
1 tbspoil
2 gginger (julienned)
85 gonion (cut into wedges)
4 pieces of Jade Phoenic shiitake mushroom (soak to soften, stem trimmed and sliced)
50 gshimeji mushrooms
1 tspcornstarch
3 tbspwater

Instructions

1. Blanch the snow peas, carrots and black fungus. Drain well.
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan and sautee onions and ginger till fragrant.
3. Sauté mushroom and fungus and add in snow peas, carrots and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 1 min.
4. Add in Honey Soy Sauce, Plum Sauce, cornstarch and water. Cook until heat through. Ready to serve.
