Sticky Chicken Wings

Main Ingredients:

800 g chicken mid wings
Spring onions (sliced, optional as garnish)
Chilis (sliced, optional as garnish)

Marinade Ingredients:

2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbspsambal
25 ggarlic (finely chopped)
1 tbspginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbspsesame seeds (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Line 1-2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. Marinate chicken wings with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
3. Place wings on baking tray in single layer and reserve marinade to baste.
4. Bake for 20 minutes and turn wings over. Baste and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds, chili and spring onions to serve.
