Shortcut Chicken with Black Bean Sauce

Main Ingredients:

350 gchicken thighs (bite sized pieces)
2 tspgarlic (minced)
2 tbspcooking oil
30 gSpring onions (thinly sliced lengthwise for garnish)
25 gBird's eye Chili (seeded and thinly sliced for garnish; optional)

Optional Ingredients:


1. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken pieces and sauté until almost cooked.
2. Add in black bean sauce and stir fry till chicken is cooked through. Drizzle sesame oil. Remove from heat.
3. Serve with hot rice or cooked Asian Family rice sticks.
