Shortcut Beef in Black Bean Sauce

250 gbeef (sliced)
2 tspcornstarch
100 ggreen beans (cut into 2 in sticks)
21 ggarlic (minced)
85 gonion (sliced)
1 tbspcooking oil
12 gchilli (chopped; optional)


1. Mix beef with cornstarch, cover and place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil on a pan and sauté beef for 1 minute. Add black bean garlic sauce (optional: add chili for spicy flavor).
3. Stir-fry until beef is half-done, add beans and onions and cook until done. Ready to serve with rice.
