1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes with marinade ingredients.
2. Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes until separated. Drain and set aside.
3. eat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add and stir-fry garlic, ginger and onion until fragrant.
4. Add shiitake mushroom and woodear fungus and stir fry until fragrant. Add beef and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add noodles, spring onions and oyster sauce.
5. Stir fry for another 2-3 mins and it is ready to serve.
