Pork in Fruity Plum Sauce

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒


560 gpork butterfly steaks or pork loin steaks
1 tspcornstarch
¼ cupwater
1 tbspcooking oil
2spring onion (sliced)
125 gstrawberries (hulled and quartered)
Coriander (chopped, for garnish)


To Prep

1. Marinate pork with Asian Family Oyster Sauce in a bowl for 15 minutes.
2. Combine Asian Family Plum Sauce, cornstarch and water in a bowl.

To Cook

1. Heat oil in a fry pan or wok over medium – high heat and cook pork until lightly browned and cooked through.
2. Add plum sauce mixture to pan, add spring onion and strawberries. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins.
3. Spoon sauce over pork, garnish with coriander and serve.

Chef's tips:

For more fruity flavour add canned lychees as garnish. Drain well before use.
