Japanese Crispy Pork Cutlet (Tonkatsu)

480 gpork loin (120 g per person)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
50 gplain flour
1egg (beaten)
50 mlmilk
Vegetable oil (for deep-frying)
8Vegetable oil (for deep-frying)


1. Combine beaten egg and milk in a bowl.
2. Coat pork in order of flour, egg and milk mixture and Asian Family Panko Breading.
3. Deep fry crumbed pork in 180℃ hot oil until golden and pork is fully cooked. Place on kitchen paper or resting rack to absorb excess oil.
4. Cut the pork cutlet into 1 cm strips. Serve on a bed of cabbage with a side of Asian Family Teriyaki Sauce in a small dish for dipping.
