Ginger Tofu Pudding


65 gTaikoo Golden Granulated Sugar
10 gginger
120 mlwater
250 mlsoy milk
10 ggelatin powder


1. Put Taikoo Golden Granulated Sugar and ginger slices in a saucepan. Heat till the sugar melts and set aside.
2. Pour soy milk in another saucepan and bring it to a boil. Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water and then pour it in the soy milk.
3. Ladle soy milk in glass container. Chill in the refrigerator until set, for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve it in a bowl with ginger syrup.
