1. Marinate chicken cubes for 15 minutes with light soy sauce, tapioca starch, and egg white.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat, add chicken cubes and stir fry till golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Heat remaining oil and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add Chinese Stir Fry Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and Cooking Wine and mix thoroughly.
4. Mix in chicken cubes and walnuts. Toss to evenly coat chicken cubes and walnuts with sauce and it is ready to serve.
