Chinese Honey Soy Chicken Wings

Main Ingredients:

1 kgchicken winglets
2 tbspcooking oil

Seasoning Ingredients:

½ tspginger (freshly grated)


1. Heat oil in a fry pan on medium heat and pan fry winglets for 3-4 mins, or until browned.
2. Add seasoning ingredients and stir well.
3. Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for about 20 mins or until tender.
4. Stir every few mins so that the winglets have a balanced colour, and to avoid the honey from being burnt.
5. Serve warm with steamed rice.
