Char Siu Lamb Cutlet

600 glamb cutlets
1 tbsphoney
50 mltomato juice or crushed tomatoes
2 tbspcooking oil
200 gbaby Asian greens such as choy sum, blanched
75 gred bell peppers (thin strips)


1. Marinate lamb steaks with Chinese BBQ Marinade, honey, tomato juice and 1 tsp of oil in bowl for at least 15 mins.
2. Heat remaining oil in fry pan over medium-high heat.
3. Fry lamb cutlets, 3-4 minutes each side.
4. Ready to serve with blanched baby Asian greens and strips of bell peppers.
