Beef with Black Bean and Celery

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒


500 gbeef (thinly sliced)
1 tbspcornstarch
1 tbsprice wine
7 ggarlic (minced)
100 gsliced celery
170 gonion (sliced thinly)
4sliced Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (prepare according to package)
2 tbspcooking oil
seeded chili and sliced as garnish (optional)


1. Marinate beef with cornstarch, rice wine and oyster sauce.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok and sautee celery for 2 min. Set aside.
3. Heat remaining tbsp of cooking oil and stirfry garlic, onion and mushrooms for 1 min. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
4. Add Black Bean Garlic Sauce, sesame oil and celery. Combine and it is ready to serve with rice.
