BBQ Prawns on Lemongrass Sticks

12medium or large prawns (shelled and deveined; leaving tails intact)
4 stickslemongrass (cut into sticks of 20 cm length and pointed end; to skewer)
1 tsphoney
Fresh mint (sliced, for garnish)


To Prep

1. Mix the chili sauce, soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Place the prawns in this marinade and cover. Allow to stand.
2. Take the prawns and skewer them on the lemongrass, three to a stick.

To Cook

1. Heat the grill plate and cook prawn for 2-3 mins each side, while basting the prawns with the marinade.
2. Arrange the prawn sticks on a plate and garnish with mint.
