Wood Ear Mushrooms also known as Black Fungus are an edible fungus and an ingredient used in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine. It is popular in stir fries and soups especially hot and sour soup. Wood Ear Mushrooms are also used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). To Prepare: Soak in hot water for 15-20 minutes before adding to the dish of your choice.
