Sweet & Sour Meatballs

1egg (beaten)
240glean beef (grounded)
60gonion (diced)
1 tbspparsley (chopped)
110gred and green bell peppers (deseeded, cut into strips)


Seasoning Mix

2 tbspApple Cider Vinegar
2 tbspwater
2 tspChilli Garlic Sauce (Spicy. Optional)


To Prep

1.In a mixing bowl, combine egg, grounded beef, water chestnuts, breadcrumbs, onions, chopped parsley and marinade for 15 minutes.
2.Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form into individual meatballs.

To Cook

1.Fry the meatballs in an airfryer at 200° for 15 mins or until cooked through and golden brown, turning the meatballs once. Set aside.
2.In a medium saucepan, combine seasoning mix ingredients. Bring sauce mixture into a boil.
3.Add in bell peppers and cooked meatballs. Simmer until bell peppers are slightly softened. Dish out and serve hot with rice.
