Beef with Black Bean and Celery

  • Stir Fry, Marinade 炒


500gbeef stir-fry or skirt steak (sliced thinly)
1 tbspcorn flour
2 stalkscelery (washed and sliced)
1medium onion (sliced thinly)
1clove garlic (minced)
2 tbspcooking oil
OptionalChilli, seeded and sliced as garnish


To Prep

Marinate beef for 15 mins in corn flour, rice wine/dry sherry and oyster sauce.

To Cook

1.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, toss celery for 2 mins and set aside.
2.Heat remaining oil in wok and add garlic, onion and mushrooms; stir-fry for 1 min.
3.Add beef and stir-fry for a further 3 mins.
4.Add Asian Family Black Bean Garlic Sauce, sesame oil and celery.
5.Combine well and serve with steamed Jasmine rice.
