Pork in Fruity Plum Sauce

4pork butterfly steaks or pork loin steaks (Note: weighs approx 400g)
1 tspcorn flour
¼ cupwater
1 tbspcooking oil
2spring onion (sliced)
½ punnetstrawberries (hulled and quartered)
Optionalcoriander (chopped, for garnish)


To Prep

1.Combine Asian Family Oyster Sauce with pork in a bowl and set aside to marinate for 15 mins.
2.Combine Asian Family Plum Sauce, corn flour and water in a bowl.

To Cook

1.Heat oil in a fry pan or wok over medium – high heat and cook pork until lightly browned and cooked through.
2.Add plum sauce mixture to pan, add spring onion and strawberries. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins.
3.Spoon sauce over pork, garnish with coriander and serve.

Chef's tips:

For more fruity flavour add canned lychees as garnish. Drain well before use.
