Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry until you begin to smell the aroma. Add onion and all other vegetables and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Add tofu and continue to gently stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until Tofu is heated through. Do not over cook. Add Asian Family Black Bean Sauce, SoySauce and Fresh Ground Chili. Mix well. Stir in 1/4 water. Combine Asian Family Tapioca Starch and extra water. Add to the stir-fry and bring to a boil. When sauce thickens, add Asian Family Pure Sesame Oil. Mix welland serve immediately over steamed rice. Serves 4-6.

Bean Sprouts
Green Beans, topped and tailed, then sliced
Potato, boiled, peeled and sliced
Seedless Cucumber, cut into thin circles
Carrot, peeled and sliced
Cabbage Leaves, shredded
Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
Asian Family Satay Peanut Sauce
Asian Family Shrimp Crackers, cooked as per instructions
Hard boiled eggs, sliced

In a wok, or frying pan heat oil then gently brown all sides of tofu. Remove from pan drain any exess oil. In a boiling pot of water, individually blanch the green beans, carrot, cauliflower and cabbage leaves individually for 1-2 minutes, do not over cook, vegetables should still not be too soft, drain well. Arrange Tofu and all vegetables on a large platter. Heat Asian Family Satay Peanut Sauce. Pour sauce over salad and toss or serve sauce on the side. Garnish with cooked, crumbled Asian Family Shrimp Crackers and egg. Severs 4 as meal.
