Cantonese Black Bean Stir-fry
1 Medium Firm Tofu,well drained & cubed ½
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Clove Garlic, minced
½ cup each Red and Green Bell Peppers, chopped
¼ cup Snow Peas, ends removed
½ cup Asparagus, tips removed and sliced 2-3" long
½ Asian Family Whole Baby Corn, drained




2 tbsp Asian Family Black Bean Sauce
2 tbsp Asian Family Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Asian Family Fresh Ground Chili, optional
¼ cup Water
1 tbsp Asian Family Tapioca Starch
1½ Water (extra)
1 tbsp Asian Family Pure Sesame Oil
