Cantonese Black Bean Stir-fry

(for 4-6 people)

Cantonese Black Bean Stir-fry
Heat vegetable oil and garlic in a wok or frying
pan over medium heat. Stir-fry until you begin
to smell the aroma. Add onion and all other
vegetables and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add tofu and continue to gently stir-fry for 1-2
minutes until Tofu is heated through.




Do not over cook. Add Asian Family Black Bean Sauce,
SoySauce and Fresh Ground Chili. Mix well. Stir in 1/4
water. Combine Asian Family Tapioca Starch and extra
water. Add to the stir-fry and bring to a boil. When sauce
thickens, add Asian Family Pure Sesame Oil. Mix welland
serve immediately over steamed rice.
