Dried Lemon Grass

Also known as Takrai and Sereh, has a strong citrus flavour most familiar in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Adds lemon zest to curries, soups, stews, stir-fries, chicken and seafood dishes.

Use: Add directly to soups or soften in water. Use both water and pieces for fullest flavour. Remove from food before serving.
