Our Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce is also known as Kecap Manis. Made from naturally brewed soy sauce, it is the perfect combination of sweet and savory flavours. Traditionally used for Satay and other barbecued foods as a baste and glaze.

Use: For marinating, stir-frys, sauces, gravies and as a dipping condiment. Use with meat, poultry, seafood, tofu and vegetables.
